Wishes to invite all for a Scientific Conference on:
"Countries of Visegrad Group and Asia – Challenges of 21st century”, 
which is going to take place on 18th-19th June 2012

Four panels are planned:
- Social and political issues& human rights
- Law and economy
- Security
- Energy sector and renewable sources of energy

Indication of the common problems and differences. These topics are wide so participants will create the substance of the discussion.
First day: joint session for all of participants. subsequently running discussion in two panels (paper presentation).

Second day: Work in four panels. Workshops guided by mix teams;moderators.
After panels will be the last lecture for all participants.

Prof. Hermann Vasquez

Professor at UNIVERSIDAD CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA: Department of Sociology of Law and, Department of Postgraduated studies in Labor Law. Judge at the Superior Court from 2001 to 2009 in the Caracas Judicial Circuit in Labor Law. National Labour Inspector in the Minister of Labor in Venezuela from 1999 until 2000. National Prosecutor of Venezuelan Republic from 1997 to 1999. Participant in many international seminars and conferences in Spain (Universidad Castilla-La Mancha), and French (Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV-COMPTRASEC, Université Lumiere -Lyon). Scholar at the Japan International Cooperation Agency in Labor and Management Relations. Member of the Bologna Group Latin American experts in Labor Relations. Lecturer at many conferences in Venezuela about Labor Law. Team´s Coach of Metropolitan University in Venezuela to the Moot Court 2012 in the American University Competence.

Prof. Hermann Vasquez will give the speech about:

Indigenous and Tribal People in International Law: An approach of ILO´s 169 Convention as a source of soft law in Jurisprudence on Human Rights.

PhD Katarzyna Bomba

Senior Lecturer at the Department of Labor and Social Security of University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, lecturer at University of Euroregional Economy in Józefów, participant of many international conferences and seminars (e.g. Bordeau, Lyon, Toledo).
