On behalf of the Organising Committee of 3rd Scientific International Conference “Innov@tion - Administration” on Safety of the Information – challenges for economics and public administration,  I hereby have the request to you to accept our invitation to the conference taking place on 5th of September 2014 in the premisses of our University.

 
The aim of this conference is to share the latest developments, threats and advances in information security in view of the law and management, in the context of legal, social and individual safety. The purpose of the conference is also to reveal connection between globalization, ensuring safety and appropriate functioning of the organization in the sphere of economy and public administration.
 
Topics include, but are not limited to: 
1. Standards of information security in the light of Polish and EU law.
2. Information security and transparency in public life.
3. The efficiency of information security systems in the sphere of economics and public administration.
4. Threats to information security.
5. International cooperation in the sphere of information security.
6. The digitization of public administration and safety information.
7. Audit and assessment of information security systems.
8. Consumers' right to information.
 
The solution to many of these issues is possible only towards reliable scientific discussion.
At the first place to the Conference there are invited academics involved in public administration in the broad sense. To participate in the conference are also invited practitioners, government officials and representatives of local government units.
The recipient must also include parliamentarians, representatives of non-governmental organizations co-operating with the public administration, as well as businessmen cooperating with it in the implementation of various projects in the private - public partnership. Those researchers interested in participating the conference are requested to submit a short abstract of an article in order to avoid content duplications.
 
Conference languages are: English and Polish.
